Adecco is currently hiring several temporary VIP Hosts to work this amazing event. In this role you will be responsible for greeting guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards and ensuring that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner. This role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and an excellent understanding of customer service and hospitality.

• Pay rate: $ 19.00/hour
• Location: Calgary, AB
• Shifts: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary. | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)
• Job type: Temporary

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note: Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants, and shoes (no logos)
• Be physically able to stand up for long hours
• Understand customer service and hospitality
• Work well with others
• Pay attention to the details
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure
• Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
• Know when to get the help of a supervisor
• Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information
• Availability for the whole city duration
• Speak English - other languages are an asset.
• Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies.
