The role As a full-time VIP Host, this position plays a key role in building rapport with guests and delivering a five-star service experience. Reporting to the VIP Service Manager, responsibilities include welcoming and farewelling local, domestic, and international guests within the gaming areas. The role also involves assisting with membership enquiries, registering prospective members for gaming programs, and supporting the presentation of VIP facilities. Additional duties include overseeing general reception functions and entry management, hosting and engaging guests at Crown events, and supporting in-room promotions and events as required. About you Strong experience in VIP guest service Proven ability to build and sustain strong guest relationships Sound understanding of loyalty programs Demonstrates integrity and compliance with policies and regulations Impeccable professional presentation Additional language skills - desirable Eligible to obtain an NSW Special Employee Gaming Licence Availability to work a flexible 24/7 roster, including public holidays What we offer you Competitive hourly rate + penalties + super!
