Working closely across internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless service, swift issue resolution, and long-term client loyalty. We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Is dedicated to understand the needs of VIP clients and delivering solutions that exceed expectations; Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively; Is proactive with a detail-oriented approach; Is skilled at analyzing client behavior and preferences to anticipate and address their needs proactively; Has the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; What you'll be doing: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients through regular contact, personalized communication, and dedicated support; Anticipating client needs by staying informed of their preferences and behaviors, and taking swift action to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise; Offer bonuses and campaigns in order to maintain/ increase customer activities; Participating at exclusive events or experiences for VIP clients to deepen relationships and showcase the brand's commitment to personalized service; Monitoring and analyzing VIP client data, including usage patterns, preferences, and feedback, to continuously improve the level of service and value offered; Support the interests of VIP customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized across all departments (fraud, CRM, trading, gaming, etc.) Ensuring adherence to internal policies and industry regulations (KYC, AML, responsible gaming) in all interactions with VIP customers Delivering a premium end-to-end customer experience, ensuring smooth onboarding and handling day-to-day requests with professionalism and care; About Superbet Group Superbet is a global tech and entertainment company committed to delivering thrilling, technology-driven, sports betting and gaming experiences to millions of customers worldwide.
