Company Description Job Description The VIP Lounge Ambassador is responsible for overseeing the overall ambiance of the VIP Lounge area. Job Responsibilities: Providing an abbreviated food and beverage service to the guests in the VIP Lounge Maintaining inventory and preparing food and beverage presentation Ordering and retrieving inventory items from locations within the property Setting up serving stations to ensure ease for guests Serving guests Ensuring the Lounge is tidy and inviting at all times Assisting the VIP Desk with welcoming and screening guests Engaging professionally in conversation with guests Qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage service General knowledge of wine and liquor service Excellent organizational skills Fluent verbal and written English language skills Polished appearance and professional manner Ability to fluently speak Mandarin, Spanish or additional language is preferred 21 years of age or older Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
