Description

As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will be responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for our VIP guests checking in/out of the hotel. VIP Lounge Representatives assist in booking all dinner, show, entertainment, and any additional requests for our VIP’s. Additionally, VIP Lounge Representatives are resources for all guest questions and are empowered to assist VIP’s when resolving any guest concerns. As part of our award winning team, you will help to create the romantic ambiance and classic European style that our most prestigious guests have come to expect from Paris Las Vegas. Your stylish and playful attitude will entertain our guests as they enjoy 2,900 guest rooms, 295 opulent suites, 11 restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Responsibilities

Manage arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests and coordinate bookings for dining and entertainment. Act as a primary resource for guest inquiries and resolve concerns to maintain a high-standard luxury experience.
