WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: CloserStill Media (CSM), the team behind Tech Week Singapore 2026 (TWS26) - Asia’s leading technology event - is looking for dynamic VIP Lunch Ambassadors to join our award-winning team on a fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the success of our invite-only VIP Luncheons. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning, guest invitations & engagement, communications, and on-site execution of VIP Luncheons, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all invited guests and sponsors. THE ROLE: Manage VIP guest invitations, including daily outreach via calls and personalised emails to confirm attendance (approx. 40 guests per lunch). Demonstrate excellent cold-calling skills and a fearless attitude towards rejection, maintaining professionalism and persistence throughout. Build relationships with VIP Lunch Sponsors and internal stakeholders working closely to execute planning and production Maintain a backup list of qualified guests to ensure full tables and a premium experience for sponsors and attendees alike. Ensure smooth, timely, and relevant communication with all stakeholders before, during, and after the event. Report daily/weekly updates to internal and external stakeholders Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs to drive results and contribute to the overall success of the VIP Luncheons. Oversee and coordinate logistical requirements to ensure lunch hosts have everything they need – from AV and furniture to guest lists and briefing materials. ABOUT YOU: Experience in events, hospitality, or high-level guest-facing roles. Resilient and not easily discouraged – you're comfortable on the phone and willing to follow up with hard-to-reach individuals. Professional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life. Good attention to detail and able to stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Self-driven, positive energy, and the kind of person who always finds a way to get the job done to a high standard. WORK LOCATION: This role is based in Singapore at fully on-site at our Tanjong Pagar office and at MBS on 29-30 Sep 2026.
