We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate VIP Manager for the Italian-speaking market — someone who genuinely LOVES the igaming world, thrives on player engagement, and is driven by results. Fluency in Italian at a native level is essential for this role, as you’ll be communicating daily with high-value players via phone, chat, and email — creating tailored promotions, building strong relationships, and providing a premium experience. Exceptional communication skills are a must! The role is based in Warsaw, Poland and offers a salary of up to €36K plus a comprehensive bonus of up to €5K/m depending on KPIs. Role & Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients via chat, email, and phone Handle and resolve VIP-related issues with care and efficiency Organize and attend streamed and live events to meet VIP players Contribute actively to the development of VIP programs and engagement strategies Monitor and evaluate VIP player segments and performance metrics Ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Skills & Experience Native Italian speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Italian Fluency in English (spoken and written) 2+ years of hands-on experience managing VIP players in igaming / online casino Prior work with the Italian igaming market is a must — salary will be based on level of experience Experience with Sportsbook VIPs is a plus About the Role Salary of up to €36K Comprehensive bonus scheme — up to €5,000/month Office-based role in Warsaw Great work environment and a range of additional benefits Apply with your detailed CV in English, per favore! *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
