The Mission You will provide dedicated 1:1 medical support to an 80-year-old ultra-high-net-worth VIP, ensuring continuity of care amidst a luxury maritime lifestyle. While the role demands clinical precision, the setting is unparalleled: you will be exclusively cruising the Mediterranean, with an itinerary that spans the historic beauty of the Greek Islands, the glamour of Monaco, and the pristine waters of Ibiza and the Algarve. The Team You are never alone in clinical decision-making. You will operate under the guidance of a Lead British Doctor and collaborate alongside a full rotation of Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing team, ensuring a seamless multidisciplinary approach. The Safety Burnout is not an option here. We utilize a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you have adequate rest and support to perform at your peak during duty hours. The Process Geography is not a barrier. The initial selection phase is conducted entirely via a secure online interview platform, allowing you to apply from your current location in Switzerland or abroad. Requirements Requirements Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience: Minimum 4+ years in high-acuity Acute Care settings (ICU, ER, or A&E). Language: Native or C1 English is non-negotiable. Character: Discreet, adaptable, and capable of blending high-level clinical care with white-glove hospitality. Benefits Benefits Salary: £60,000 Per Annum (Tax-Free). Accommodation: Premium en-suite quarters onboard. Lifestyle: All on-board expenses (food, travel, toiletries) fully covered.
