In this role, you will have a significant impact on expanding our base of VIP clients throughout Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland. Your efforts will be essential in driving growth through customer relationships and key account management. You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met while optimizing trading strategies and compliance. This role is pivotal for both client retention and acquiring new business, contributing to the company's strategic objectives. \n Accountabilities Drive trading volume and maximize Assets Under Management (AUM) in the region. Formulate revenue strategies and optimize product offerings based on client feedback. Lead partnership initiatives and negotiate to expand reach and revenue streams. Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and key clients. Oversee compliance aspects, including KYC/AML processes, while serving as a brand ambassador. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Fluency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages are a plus. 5+ years of experience in VIP business development and account management in crypto or fintech. Proven track record of driving trading volume and managing high-value clients. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with crypto products and trading platforms.
