Job Description Curate and deliver refined 5-star service experiences, exceeding guest expectations through detail-driven hospitality. Deliver personalised guest experiences with a strong focus on VIPs, loyalty members, long-stay guests, and special occasions. Coordinate pre-arrival communications to anticipate guest needs and arrange tailored experiences. Ensure all guest profiles are accurately maintained and updated to support personalised service delivery. Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and service recovery situations. Coordinate and oversee the preparation and delivery of in-room amenities, including quality checks for VIP arrivals. Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth guest journeys across all touchpoints of the hotel. Act as a brand ambassador by upholding presentation standards, promoting hotel services, and delivering service excellence aligned with luxury hospitality expectations. Qualifications 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment, with a passion for service excellence. Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels. Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding 5-star service standards.
