Do you want to join the party? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive Tango’s global VIP strategy. This role is accountable for growing VIP retention, Lifetime Value (LTV), and direct sales revenue, while building scalable loyalty and lifecycle programs across markets. You will lead distributed VIP teams worldwide and design the infrastructure, protocols, and CRM methodologies that maximize long-term revenue from high-value customers. Responsibilities Main KPIs: Growing VIP retention, life-time value & direct sales. Develop new protocols and workflows for the VIP team Maintain scalable customer lifecycle and sales processes in collaboration with the teams to maximize revenue growth. Lead a team of VIP managers across the world and develop Tango’s loyalty program Providing tailored and individual service to top customers Implementing VIP life-cycle communications at scale; scalable communication and CRM methodology to effectively serve and proactively approach VIPs at the right time. Requirements A bachelor’s degree 8+ years experience in B2C VIP management and Sales 3+ years experience at Hands-On manager level. Demonstrated experience in managing distributed, remote teams Mother tongue level English required, Arabic or any additional language is an advantage Knowledge of CRM systems, data structures, and reporting Advanced technical skills, analytical thinking & attention to detail #LI-AP2
