Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a VIP Waiter, you’ll be more than a server — you’ll be the curator of unforgettable dining moments. You will be responsible for ensuring a memorable and personalized dining experience for guests, attending to their needs with professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests upon arrival, providing personalized attention and assistance throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, adhering to our company’s service standards.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences, proactively offering recommendations and accommodating special requests to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information, to answer any questions and make informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests.
  • Monitor guests’ satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, reconciling cash drawers and managing end-of-day reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the section of the restaurant, including ensuring tables are properly set and stocked with necessary supplies.
