In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to understand their unique needs and provide customized life and health insurance solutions—all from your home office.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct outbound outreach to schedule virtual consultations
• Lead remote meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance plans
• Present life and health insurance options that align with clients’ financial goals and personal circumstances
• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions using CRM software
• Stay informed about insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry best practices
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
