• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
• Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule virtual consultations
• Conduct virtual meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance options
• Present life and health insurance solutions that align with each client’s financial goals
• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM software
• Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience
