We are a growing female-led business that provides virtual administrative services to Canadian mental health professionals. We are seeking someone with an educational background in mental health, who has previous admin experience, a keen eye for detail and a gentle touch when it comes to client communication.

Only candidates with prior knowledge of Jane or Owl (in an administrative capacity) will be considered for this position. The below are other highly rated skills and experience for this job.

  • Previous experience working in a counselling clinic, a shelter, or a crisis help line.
  • Being bilingual in English and French.
  • Previous experience with direct billing.
  • Knowledge of how to provide sensitive administrative support to BIPOC and LBGTQ2S+ communities is highly important in this role.
  • Admin level skills in G-suite and Outlook.

This position will start as part time with daily weekday work with the opportunity to transition into more full time work. Evening and Weekend availability is entirely optional and we encourage you to apply even if you can only do weekday, daytime hours.

  • Listen to voicemails and call back patients
  • Schedule sessions and process payments
  • Provide direct billing submissions
  • Enter information into excel spreadsheets
  • General online documents organization (often through professional Google workspace or Outlook)
  • Send out consent forms
  • Check over documents for errors
  • Following up with patients regarding paperwork
