Description

We are looking for a highly reliable, motivated administrator with good communication skills for three days a week Monday to Wednesday,
Interactive Healthcare Training offers online training courses aimed at the health and social care market.

Your duties will include:

  • Office administration - dealing with emails from both clients and customers, credit control and invoicing using Sage.
  • Customer service - helping customers with basic technical problems, training clients on using the platform and resolving client issues with their accounts
  • Account management - ensuring that our clients are kept up to date with developments, and retaining their business
  • Client retention and lead generation. On -boarding new clients.
  • Business development. Email marketing. developing and following up new leads.
  • Social media and marketing experience would be desirable.

A friendly personality, a good telephone manner and reliability are key to this role.
A high degree of computer literacy and technical skills to understand would be required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
