We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing Brisbane-based team. You’ll provide a mix of administrative, client management, bookkeeping, and project support, while learning and growing with an organisation dedicated to housing, disability services, and community development initiatives. This is not a typical admin role — we want someone with transferable skills (administration, coordination, customer service, bookkeeping, or project support) who is eager to commit long-term. As our organisation expands, so will your opportunities for development and leadership. Key Responsibilities Client & Tenant Liaison – Communicate with clients and tenants promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Tenancy & Participant Management – Assist with lease agreements, tenant/participant communications, and maintaining accurate records. Administration & Diary Management – Manage email inboxes, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and coordinate team calendars. Bookkeeping Support – Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation. Project Support – Assist in managing projects in housing, disability services (NDIS/SDA), and social enterprise by tracking progress and coordinating tasks. Compliance & Operations – Support operational processes, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
