Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our client’s team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the firm.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize the attorney’s calendar, and schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and case briefs, under the attorney’s supervision.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing updates and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist with client intake, gather case details, and maintain up-to-date case files in the legal database.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to legal documents.
- Conduct research on legal precedents, statutes, and case law to support ongoing cases.
- Prepare and submit court filings electronically, ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing emails, booking travel arrangements, and preparing reports for the attorney.
