We work with founders globally across AI, SaaS, fintech, and emerging technologies. We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Egypt to support daily venture operations. Role Overview This is an execution-focused role supporting: Founder Fellowship coordination Investment workflow tracking Calendar & meeting management Internal documentation You will work closely with leadership and be part of a fast-moving startup environment. Responsibilities Manage calendars and meeting scheduling Coordinate Zoom sessions and fellowship logistics Organize founder applications and deal flow databases Maintain CRM / Notion / Airtable systems Prepare meeting summaries & follow-ups Inbox management & prioritization Basic startup and market research Assist in content coordination (if needed) What We’re Looking For Based in Egypt 2+ years experience as Virtual Assistant / Operations Assistant Strong written and spoken English Excellent organizational skills Familiar with: Google Workspace Notion / Airtable Slack Zoom Bonus: Experience supporting startups or international teams Experience working across time zones Work Structure Flexible hours Some overlap with UK / Europe time zones preferred Performance-based growth opportunity
