If you're a self-starter with great multitasking skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly — this role is for you. Role: Virtual Assistant Department: Administrative & Operations Location: Fully Remote 🕐 Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Hours What You'll Do: Provide administrative support to management and internal teams Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation Conduct research and compile reports as requested by management Manage and organize digital files, records, and databases Assist with patient communication and follow-up as needed Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For: 1+ year of virtual assistant or administrative experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM) Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace Healthcare or medical administrative experience is a plus
