About You We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage the submission of energy contracts. The primary objective is to ensure data provided by brokers/customers is accurate and meets supplier requirements for clean successful enrollments. This individual will be responsible for validating contract details using Excel automation tools and ensuring accurate, timely submissions to suppliers via email through My Service Cloud. Precision, a keen eye to detail and the ability to critically analyze situations is essential. What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact Monitoring Ready for Booking contract queue in My Service Cloud. Processing contracts through SOP guidelines and Excel macros checks to ensure supplier requirements are upheld. Regularly follow up on contracts that transitioned to incomplete status within the booking process. Communicate to account managers issues that were discovered when booking contracts. Provide general sales operations support as needed when available. What we’re looking for BA/BS degree or similar university education 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, data analysis, logistics coordination, or customer support. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.
