• Must be available to respond to phone calls/messages during agreed working hours

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Assistant who is:

• Friendly and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable making and receiving calls with clients and staff
• A strong communicator who listens well and explains clearly
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage their own time
• Committed to doing meaningful work and sticking with it for at least 1 year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer phone calls and make outbound calls to clients, caregivers, and therapists
• Intake new clients and coordinate services with our therapy team
• Handle occasional frustrated or emotional clients with professionalism and empathy
• Stay on top of follow-ups, documentation, and communication across the team
