We’re a small, friendly family-run business looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied role where you’ll support our Directors and wider team with a mix of admin, data management, and customer support tasks — no two days are the same! If you’re highly organized, enjoy working independently, and love helping others, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:  Helping our Directors with general admin tasks like booking travel (flights, hotels, etc.), preparing letters, and handling small purchases.  Keeping our Customer Area on the company website up to date — uploading documents, parts, and information as needed.  Monitoring website data and creating simple reports to help us track performance.  Updating records and information in our ERP system to make sure everything stays accurate and organised.  Assisting with project coordination — managing files, tracking progress, and keeping our records in good order.  Maintaining our shipment log and following up with shippers and customers to ensure everything arrives on time.  Supporting with Excel spreadsheets and models when needed (nothing too complex — we’ll show you what’s needed).  Managing our document numbering system and keeping things tidy and easy to find.  Helping to create documents, forms, and materials that support our sales team. About You  You’re organized, dependable, and love ticking things off your to-do list.  You’re confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems.  You communicate clearly — both in writing and on calls.  You’re happy working independently but enjoy being part of a small, close-knit team.  You’re proactive — you spot what needs doing and get it sorted.  You’re fluent in written and spoken English, with great attention to detail. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a bonus, but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person. Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems or tools. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks. Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
