We believe that exceptional client care is the heart of every successful business, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us elevate that standard. Position Overview: As a Virtual Assistant specializing in Client Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring that every client interaction feels smooth, professional, and personalized. You’ll manage communications, organize systems, and support the client journey from onboarding to offboarding, helping business owners deliver 5-star service with ease. Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize client onboarding and offboarding workflows. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, or CRM. Maintain client databases and update records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support CRM setup, automations, and client follow-up systems (e.g, ClickUp, etc.). Assist in creating SOPs, client guides, and service documentation. Coordinate meetings, reminders, and deliverables between clients and team members. Track and manage feedback or testimonials to enhance client satisfaction. Support administrative or customer service tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Client Experience Manager, or Customer Support Specialist. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in tools such as: CRM systems (17Hats, Dubsado, HoneyBook, or similar) Google Workspace, ClickUp, Airtable, or Notion Email and calendar management tools High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines without direct supervision. A passion for providing exceptional client service and creating positive experiences. ​ Equipment Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection Laptop or desktop computer with updated software Noise-canceling headset or clear audio setup for virtual meetings Secure and private workspace for client communications Access to productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.) ​ Benefits This is a remote, independent contractor (1099) position.
