Their approach combines clinical expertise with a strong emphasis on professionalism, patient experience, and evidence-based support. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly professional Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and patient-facing operations for a healthcare practice. This role requires exceptional English communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a polished, empathetic approach when interacting with patients. The ideal candidate is confident in handling calls, written communication, appointment coordination, and general healthcare administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times. This role is designed for someone seeking to build a long-term career in a growing international healthcare business, with the opportunity to take on leadership and system ownership over time. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with a professional and empathetic approach. Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, SMS, or other communication channels Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Maintain and update patient records accurately in the clinic’s CRM, EMR, or scheduling systems. Assist with follow-ups, reminders, and patient coordination. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and reporting. Escalate urgent concerns or complex patient issues to the appropriate healthcare staff. Support billing inquiries, insurance verification, or referrals as required. Ensure all communication is clear, accurate, and aligned with patient care standards. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with patient data privacy requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Medical VA, Healthcare Admin Assistant, or Customer Support role in healthcare. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong patient-facing professionalism with a calm, courteous, and empathetic demeanor. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think independently. Comfortable handling phone calls and written correspondence. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
