Position Overview This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, phone-based customer service, and sales support. You’ll be expected to make and receive calls, follow up with leads, and support our clients in maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent spoken and written English.
