Friendly Faces Senior Care is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant with prior in home care (private pay agency) experience to support our growing office operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and experienced in caregiver scheduling and recruiting within the home care industry.   Position Details Pay: $7/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break) Remote Position Responsibilities - Caregiver scheduling and shift coordination - Recruiting caregivers/CNAs - Calling applicants and conducting initial screenings - Following up on call-outs and open shifts - Maintaining communication with caregivers and office staff - Assisting with administrative office tasks - Updating client and caregiver information in software systems Requirements - Prior experience working for a home care agency, home health agency, or healthcare staffing company - Experience with caregiver scheduling and/or recruiting - Strong English communication skills - Reliable internet and computer setup - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Professional phone etiquette - Dependable and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications - Experience with WellSky Personal Care is a major plus - Experience handling caregiver call-offs and staffing coordination - Healthcare staffing background preferred To Apply: Please visit our career site at https://friendlyfacesseniorcare.hireology.careers/jobs.html [https://friendlyfacesseniorcare.hireology.careers/jobs.html]
