Description
Are you ready to join Australia’s newest service provider that puts both participants and staff first? Be part of the Incluso service journey, where we aim to become Australia’s leading service provider in accommodation, respite, and support services. At Incluso Services we are focused on “Building the World that we Want” and as such, ensuring that people with a disability are well cared for and can access high quality community engagement services. Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life. The Virtual Assistant plays a key role in strengthening Incluso Services’ digital presence by building genuine, supportive relationships with individuals and families seeking NDIS and disability support. Through thoughtful online engagement, responsive communication, and proactive lead nurturing, this role connects community members with our specialist team and supports the conversion of enquiries into meaningful Meet and Greet bookings and long-term participants. This position contributes directly to our mission of delivering personalised, high-quality support by ensuring every online interaction reflects our values of care, respect, and inclusion. This is a contractor role paid at an hourly rate. The timing of hours worked can be flexible, and do not need to be in Australian time. What you'll do: Publish approved content to the Incluso Services Instagram account and maintain consistent brand presence. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement daily, responding promptly in a warm, professional, and trustworthy tone. Initiate and nurture respectful direct message conversations with individuals seeking disability and NDIS support. Share approved messaging in a natural, supportive way that builds genuine relationships. Identify when enquiries are ready to progress and confidently transition them to our specialist team. Book Meet and Greet appointments in line with internal processes and accurately record all conversations and outcomes. Monitor and actively engage in relevant Facebook Groups and online NDIS communities, including Support Coordinators and parents/guardians. Contribute to meaningful engagement, Meet and Greet bookings, and conversion of enquiries into active participants. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong alignment with Incluso Services’ values in all interactions. What you'll bring: Excellent written English and clear, confident communication skills. Demonstrated experience managing social media messages or online communities. High level of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to follow scripts and processes while maintaining a natural, authentic tone. Reliable internet connection. Ability to learn and show initiative to deliver outcomes. Success Measures: Quality and timeliness of responses to enquiries. Number of meaningful conversations initiated. Meet and Greet bookings generated. Conversion of enquiries into active Incluso Services participants. Professionalism, empathy, and alignment with our values in all interactions. What We Offer: Purpose driven work that genuinely improves people’s lives. A supportive and respectful team culture. Clear training, scripts, and processes for success. Long term growth opportunity within a growing disability services organisation. Flexible remote working arrangement. Incluso Services is committed to kindness, respect, and inclusion in everything we do. If you are passionate about helping people and creating meaningful connections, we would love to hear from you.
