Job Description Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership in a mission-driven nonprofit organization Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across internal teams Prepare, edit, and format executive-level documents, reports, presentations, and briefing materials Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to support effective decision-making and accountability Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination, as assigned Maintain well-organized digital files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies Anticipate needs, proactively identify issues, and recommend process improvements to support executive efficiency Qualifications Proven experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization Strong understanding of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when working with senior leadership Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft polished executive correspondence Proficiency with remote work tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and project/task management platforms Comfortable working part-time in a remote environment and communicating effectively across time zones Self-directed, dependable, and proactive, with strong judgment and problem-solving skills Alignment with nonprofit values and a commitment to supporting organizational mission and impact Additional Information Salary Information: The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is contract work @ 20 hours per week. Fully remote, highly prefer Eastern time zone. Physical Demands: Constantly stationary; occasionally requires moving about the office and frequently to attend meetings. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. Frequently communicates and exchanges information. Seldom requires lifting of up to 10 pounds.
