We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and CRM platforms
  • Highly organized and loves checklists, schedules, and keeping everything in order
  • An excellent communicator with fluency in written and spoken English and strong email etiquette
  • A problem solver who thinks quickly, is resourceful, and can handle challenges independently
  • Detail-oriented and ensures nothing slips through the cracks
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, and Notion
  • A laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace

BONUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS)

  • Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or social media management
  • Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier
  • Basic graphic design skills with tools like Canva or Photoshop
Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, your role will be dynamic and varied. You’ll be the right hand to our leadership team, ensuring that projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly.

Your daily tasks may include:

  • Other ad-hoc tasks – Every day is different. You might assist in lead generation, recruitment, or other key business areas
