JOB OVERVIEW:

Are you a motivated bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English with a knack for sales and cold calling? Join our growing real estate acquisitions team to help pre-qualify leads and close deals in a dynamic, remote environment! We are seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant and Lead Manager with a strong background in real estate acquisitions, cold calling, and lead generation. In this remote, work-from-home position, you will use CRM systems and tools like Google Sheets and dialer systems to pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, telemarketing, and real estate marketing

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential property sellers from a provided list.
  • Pre-qualify seller interest and gather critical property details (condition, location, asking price, etc.).
  • Complete live call transfers to acquisition agents or schedule in-person appointments.

Supportive Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organized records using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
  • Perform follow-ups with leads as needed to nurture and close deals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • 1+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems for data entry and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive sales skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability during Maestro Property Buyers’ business hours (U.S. Central Standard Time), but schedule is flexible.

Personal Attributes:

Compensation:

  • $4–$6 USD per hour, based on experience and performance.
  • Bonus Commission: $100 USD for every appointment set that results in a successful closing.
