We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in real estate to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Manage and coordinate appointments, showings, and open houses. Draft and prepare real estate documents such as contracts and agreements. Organize and update property listings on various real estate platforms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases. Conduct market research and provide insights into current real estate trends. Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports for clients. Respond to inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate information. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Assist with social media management and content creation. Edit videos and create marketing materials to boost client engagement. Conduct cold calls to potential clients and assist in lead generation. Minimum of 2 years in a real estate assistant or similar role. Familiarity with real estate processes, terminology, and tools (e.g., MLS, CRM systems, Zapier, Go High Level). Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Experience with social media management for real estate is a plus. A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
