We are a fast-growing U.S.-based construction company seeking a reliable, long-term Bilingual Appointment Setter to help with appointment setting and client communications.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a bilingual (English & Spanish) professional who is organized, personable, and ready to grow with us.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable making calls and speaking confidently on the phone
  • Has prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or appointment setting
  • Owns a computer , headset , and has a stable internet connection
  • Able to work full-time (8 hours/day) on U.S. West Coast hours
  • Reliable, punctual, organized, and looking for a long-term opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments with leads and clients (inbound & outbound)
  • Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish (phone, email, messaging)
  • Use Google Calendar, Sheets, and Zoom Caller to manage and track appointments
  • Maintain clear records of all client interactions
  • Follow up with leads and reschedule when needed
