ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience supporting digital marketing or SEO agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in task coordination, data analysis, and reporting, and be confident managing multiple responsibilities across a remote team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and compile reports using Google Analytics and extract data from CRM platforms
  • Analyze website and marketing performance data to identify trends and insights
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards in Google Sheets
  • Track team tasks and time using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar
  • Coordinate with team members and provide regular status updates to the project manager
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize daily/weekly task lists
  • Take meeting notes and assign action items to the appropriate team members
  • Organize documents, digital assets, and client records
  • Assist with client communication and general administrative support
