We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our Shopify store. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and a keen visual sense to help us deliver an outstanding online shopping experience. Tasks Responsibilities: Manage and update products, bundles, and metafields within Shopify Handle content updates and merchandising tasks using Shopify and Shogun Support product launches incl. bundles and collection setups Perform bug testing and landing page testing to ensure flawless customer experience Conduct research tasks to support decision-making and innovation Document procedures, workflows, and best practices for internal reference Collaborate on project management tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and timely execution Assist with data analysis and performance tracking Select and curate product content when needed Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in project management tools (preferably ClickUp) Requirements Requirements: Solid knowledge of Shopify (products, collections, metafields, bundles) Experience with Shogun or similar page builders Strong project management skills and experience using PM tools (ideally ClickUp) Strong analytical skills combined with a visual eye for content Flexible, proactive, and hands-on approach Thorough and detail-oriented Affinity for products and e-commerce Positive, solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken) Benefits What We Offer: Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule within a set of core hours Freelance contract with consistent hours Option to gradually increase hours based on performance and interest Generous discounts on our jewelry and other brands Open-minded team that values collaboration and knowledge-sharing
