QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extremely tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software(minimum of 1 year of previous experience is preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with social media management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in scheduling and CRM management is preferred.
  • Strong background in sales and lead generation is a plus.
Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be a critical member of the Soaring Towers team, helping us stay organized, communicate effectively, and deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bilingual Communication: Provide exceptional support to English- and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Scheduling & CRM Management: Organize and maintain schedules while leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer relationships and streamline processes.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance workflows, and address client needs effectively.
  • Virtual Collaboration: Utilize tools such as Slack, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain seamless communication and collaboration with the team.
  • Content & Outreach: Assist with social media content creation, email outreach, and community engagement to amplify Soaring Towers’ brand and services
  • Client Support: Handle inquiries, manage inboxes, and provide basic troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Document internal processes, manage records, and support various operational and administrative needs.
  • Sales Support & Lead Management: Assist in lead generation and sales initiatives, providing support to sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
