Description

Aquatica Swim Academy is a Glasgow-based swim school offering small-group and 1:1 swimming lessons for children and adults. Our mission is to make swimming safe, fun, and personal — and we’re looking for a reliable, organised, and creative Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to support the running of the business behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do -

You’ll take on a mix of admin, customer service, and social media responsibilities. Tasks may include:

  • Managing inboxes and responding to customer messages via email and social media
  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
  • Supporting general admin tasks and helping to keep systems updated
  • Attending a short weekly check-in call to review priorities.

We’re looking for someone who can take initiative and bring a friendly, professional tone to everything they do.

What We’re Looking For-

  • Excellent written communication and people skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts (particularly Facebook and Instagram).
  • Confident with digital tools like Canva, email, and scheduling platforms
  • Organised, self-motivated, and reliable
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple small tasks each day

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
