About the Role: Archers Contact Solutions is looking for a General Virtual Assistant (GVA) to provide administrative and operational support to our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a strong ability to multitask. You will assist clients with daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality support. Key Responsibilities As a General Virtual Assistant, your exact scope of work will depend on the client you are assigned to. Below are some of the usual tasks and responsibilities you can expect: Administrative Support – Managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and document preparation. Communication & Coordination – Acting as the first point of contact, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate follow-ups. Operational Support – Performing data entry, research, file management, and assisting with projects or events. Client & Team Assistance – Supporting client accounts, maintaining records, and fostering smooth communication. Creative Support – Assisting with social media management, basic graphic design, and video editing as needed. Scope of Work The full job description will be provided by our Operations Team once you are officially onboarded, as your role will be tailored to your assigned client. However, you can expect your work to generally involve administrative, organizational, and communication tasks that ensure productivity and client satisfaction. Qualifications At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace, online collaboration tools, CRM systems, and project management tools. Familiarity with social media management, graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
