Virtual Assistant for Trades Businesses

At VA4Trades, we’re not your average VA service. We’re the Business Goal Keepers for landscapers, builders, and other trade businesses across the UK. From answering calls to qualifying leads, managing CRMs, and even helping with recruitment — we keep things moving so our clients can focus on their craft.
Now, we’re looking for an ad-hoc Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering and making calls with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Turning enquiries into booked appointments
• Following up quotes and chasing leads — creating sales momentum for our clients
• Using tools like Monday.com and CRMs to keep everything on track
• Helping with recruitment tasks (shortlisting, filtering applicants, arranging interviews)
• Coming up with fresh ideas and better ways of doing things — and actually running with them

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people-person who can sell without even realising they’re selling
• Strong customer service skills with a commercial edge
• Forward-thinking, solution-driven, and not afraid to speak up with ideas
• Comfortable working independently from home on an ad-hoc, flexible basis
• Knowledge of landscaping, construction or trades would be a bonus (but not essential)
• Quick to learn new systems and CRMs (experience with Monday.com is a plus)
