As a Virtual Business Banker (Merchant Solutions), you'll work with business customers to understand their payment needs and connect them with tailored merchant acquiring, eCommerce and integrated payment solutions. You'll partner closely with Business Banking teams to support customer conversations, guide businesses through onboarding, and help deliver seamless payment experiences across in store, online and integrated channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine relationship building, commercial thinking and payments expertise while supporting businesses to grow and thrive. Based in Parramatta, this is a full-time role with hybrid working options available after training. What do I need? * Experience in banking, payments, sales, business development or customer relationship management * Understanding of merchant acquiring, eCommerce, payment ecosystems or point of sale solutions * Ability to translate complex concepts into practical customer solutions * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills * A collaborative mindset and passion for helping businesses achieve their goals Why join us?
