CEDAM is hiring a Virtual Client Services Specialist to support individuals across Michigan in accessing housing and financial stability resources. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a direct impact in communities across the state.

We partner with local organizations and service providers to address issues like housing instability, financial insecurity, and access to opportunity.

As a Virtual Client Services Specialist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking help. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Assisting clients via phone, email, and online platforms with information and referrals
• Helping people navigate housing, financial assistance, and other support resources
• Accurately documenting client interactions and maintaining confidentiality
• Coordinating with internal staff and partner organizations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Tracking service trends and sharing insights with the broader team
