QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software tools, including CRM platforms and help desks.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with online communication tools such as chat systems and email platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Availability to work a full-time schedule, including possible evenings or weekends if needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic Customer Support team. In this full-time, hourly role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers. As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction across various communication channels. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer support through email, chat, and phone in English.
  • Assist customers with questions, issues, or concerns related to products, services, or account inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through resolutions.
  • Handle escalated cases with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer tailored solutions for customers.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve processes.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response time and resolution rates.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product and policy changes.

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:

28 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Columbus, Nebraska, US)
