We are seeking a Virtual Help Desk Agent to join our team at Tech Info Group, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in a virtual environment. If you have a passion for helping others and a strong background in IT support, we want to hear from you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team members for further assistance
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:
