We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults living with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders in a residential group home setting. This hiring event is specifically for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED (This will be verified, if hired) Willingness to accept an hourly rate between $17.51 and $20.70, based on highest level of education completed Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle access, and active auto insurance for client transportation If you meet these criteria and are passionate about supporting others on their recovery journey, we encourage you to attend! Position Overview: Recovery Assistant As a Recovery Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs. You’ll receive comprehensive training through Gilead’s onboarding and education programs to help you succeed in this mission-driven role.
