As a Virtual Home Lending Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers navigate complex lending scenarios, from first-home purchases to investment and construction lending. You’ll deliver tailored solutions and proactive financial guidance that empower customers to achieve their goals and build long-term wealth. This senior lending role is all about impact. You’ll drive new lending growth, retain valued customers, and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, all through our virtual channels. Your deep understanding of the property market, regulatory frameworks, and Westpac’s lending products will position you as a trusted advisor. With a focus on transparency, ethical decision-making, and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a key role in delivering our service promise and strengthening loyalty.
