QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven 1-2 years of previous experience in medical administration or healthcare support roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical billing processes
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
  • Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).

Responsibilities
  • Appointment scheduling, medication refills and general patient assistance
  • Maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information.
  • Process patient registrations, insurance verifications, and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other healthcare team members.
  • Prepare and distribute medical correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements in all aspects of job performance
