QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Medical/Dental Scribe or similar role in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient writing and spoken English (including top grammar skills), C1 or C2 level.
  • Availability to work CST, EST and PT time (40 hours Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
  • Transcribe physician-patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Document medical histories, physical examinations, procedures, and other clinical information in electronic medical records (EMRs) or other designated formats.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Review and edit transcribed reports for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and communicating with patients as needed.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends to ensure accurate documentation.
