Pay Rate: Rate will depend on experience $100-$110 per hour
Part Time and Casual: 10- 20 hours a week.

Job Description: We’re seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality care via our client’s telehealth platform. Work remotely, collaborate with a diverse healthcare team, and impact patient health nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Nurse Practitioner certification in good standing with the BC provincial regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Experience with telehealth or virtual care is a plus.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual healthcare team.
Responsibilities

Telehealth Consultations: Assess patients, diagnose, create treatment plans, and provide medical guidance via virtual consultations.
Clinical Decision Making: Order tests, prescribe medication, specialist referrals as needed.
Patient Education: Educate patients on conditions, treatment options, and prevention.
Documentation: Maintain electronic health records accurately.
Collaboration: Work with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
Continuing Education: Stay updated on healthcare and telemedicine developments.
