Our client is looking for a Virtual Patient Concierge to join their healthcare team. This role is perfect for a confident communicator who excels in customer service, sales, or lead generation and thrives in a goal-driven environment. As the first point of contact for potential patients, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and confirming appointments, handling objections, and ensuring a high attendance rate. If you are persuasive, empathetic, and results-oriented, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and engagement while working remotely. Salary - $1100pm Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE) Work Schedule - East Coast US Hours In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). Strong persuasive and results-driven mindset. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to master and effectively use call scripts and rebuttals. Proficiency with the Five9 Dialer and email management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and patient care. Consultative knowledge in medical insurance With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (Fiber) and with internet backup.
