Our centre has a high success rate with our students as our classes are small - ranging from 1-3 students at a time with 95% of our classes being one-on-one. DESCRIPTION:

• Physics Teacher who can also teach Mathematics
• Help students with physics and mayh from grades 9-12 (homework help; working ahead; reporting on student progress, communicating with parents, creating a learning plan). This position has a special focus on grades 11 and 12 physics and mathematics.
• Hours: 10-25 hours per week (Consistent)
• Students remain the same all semester
• Pay is highly competitive
• You select your own availability but require that it stay consistent during the semester
• Hours of operation are typically Monday - Friday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior tutoring and/or teaching experience an asset
• OCT Certification highly preferred, but not required
• Bachelors Degree a requirement (Preferably in mathematics or physics)
• Ability to teach both physics and math is an asset
